Problem
El Kahir Shrine was offered an opportunity to sell their existing building. This sale allowed them to build a new facility at 905 Stamy Road in Hiawatha, Iowa.
Solution
Brain Engineering was retained to provide the surveying and site design. Design included the lot and building layout, a detention basin for water quality, as well as detention. A bioswale was added in an area to help with water quality.
Finished Project
The site and building have been constructed and are in use.
