Problem
After the massive 2008 flood in Cedar Rapids, the NewBo City Market was fast under creation and needed a top-level engineering firm to assist during each phase.
Solution
Brain Engineering was retained by Point Builders to survey and design the site. The design included alleys, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water detention, water main and parking lot.
Finished Project
The smoothly designed, fully constructed site is in full use today.
